Well, Easter was yesterday and I had a nice day. Church, followed by a nice dinner with my pastor family and 2 other families from church. It was nice to not be alone for Easter.
We did have an interesting conversation - How did ham become the traditional Easter feast? It definately is a slap in the face to any Jewish person.....and since Passover and Easter are so closely linked....when and how did ham become our celebratory meal?
Any thoughts, ideas, ancedotes?

I think that it was because it was a meat that was not eaten often. Therefore it was a special time to have ham
